Cooking Frozen Vegetables in the Oven
Frozen vegetables are quite popular these days, as they provide a convenient and healthy alternative to fresh vegetables. To bake frozen vegetables in the oven, here are some simple steps:
What You Need
- 1-2 lbs of frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, Brussels sprouts, etc.)
- 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
- Salt and other spices, as desired
- A rimmed baking sheet
Preheat Your Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Prepare Your Vegetables
