Cooking Frozen Vegetables in the Oven
Frozen vegetables are quite popular these days, as they provide a convenient and healthy alternative to fresh vegetables. To bake frozen vegetables in the oven, here are some simple steps:
What You Need
- 1-2 lbs of frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, Brussels sprouts, etc.)
- 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
- Salt and other spices, as desired
- A rimmed baking sheet
Preheat Your Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Prepare Your Vegetables
Spread the frozen vegetables onto the baking sheet and drizzle them with cooking oil. Add a sprinkle of salt and whatever other spices you desire.
Bake the vegetables in the oven for about 25 minutes, stirring and flipping them every 10 minutes. To check that they’re done, you can poke them with a fork to make sure they are cooked through.
Remove and Serve
When the vegetables are done cooking, remove them from the oven and serve them hot.
Enjoy your delicious, oven-baked frozen vegetables!
