Pan Seared Bass and Vegetables Dreamlight Valley
Ingredients
- 1 kg of bass fillets, cut into serving-size pieces
- 1 CUP of olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 TABLESPOONS of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 zucchini, cut into thin slices
- 1 red onion, finely diced
- 1 jar of Dreamlight Valley bruschetta topping
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the bass fillets with the salt and pepper to taste.
- Carefully place the fillets in the hot pan and cook for 3 minutes per side.
- Remove the fillets from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the bell peppers, zucchini, and onion. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the lemon juice, stirring to combine.
- Return the bass fillets to the pan and cook for an additional 1 minute.
- Stir in the Dreamlight Valley bruschetta topping and mix until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Serve over steamed rice or roasted potatoes.
