Pan Seared Bass and Vegetables Dreamlight Valley

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of bass fillets, cut into serving-size pieces
  • 1 CUP of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 TABLESPOONS of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 zucchini, cut into thin slices
  • 1 red onion, finely diced
  • 1 jar of Dreamlight Valley bruschetta topping

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Season the bass fillets with the salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Carefully place the fillets in the hot pan and cook for 3 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the fillets from the pan and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add the bell peppers, zucchini, and onion. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add the lemon juice, stirring to combine.
  7. Return the bass fillets to the pan and cook for an additional 1 minute.
  8. Stir in the Dreamlight Valley bruschetta topping and mix until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  9. Serve over steamed rice or roasted potatoes.
