A Delicious Recipe for White Rice with Vegetables
Rice is a staple food in many countries, and it can be cooked in a variety of ways. One of the most popular variations is white rice cooked with vegetables. This recipe is a simple and delicious way to enjoy the combination of the two.
- 1 cup of white long-grain rice
- 2 cups of water
- 1 tablespoon of cooking oil (any kind works – such as canola, olive, or sesame)

- Salt, pepper, and other seasonings to taste
- In a medium-sized pot, heat the cooking oil over medium-high heat.
