Reheating Roasted Vegetables
Reheated roasted vegetables can make for an incredibly tasty, satisfying meal. Roasting vegetables in the oven adds a rich, distinct flavor and a nice crunchy texture. With the correct reheating technique, you can enjoy the same deliciousness as the first time around!
How to Reheat Roasted Vegetables
- Oven/Toaster Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and spread the roasted vegetables in a single layer in a shallow baking dish or on a baking sheet. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are hot and crispy.
- Microwave: Place the vegetables in a microwave-safe dish, cover with a damp paper towel, and heat on high until they are heated through (30 to 60 seconds).
- Saute: Heat a skillet or saute pan over medium heat. Add a drizzle of oil, swirl to coat the pan, and add the roasted vegetables. Stir frequently and cook until hot and sizzling.
No matter which method you choose, make sure that your vegetables are heated through before serving. Reheated roasted vegetables are best enjoyed hot and as soon as possible after reheating!
