What is Moo Shu Vegetable?
Moo Shu Vegetables are a type of Chinese dish which consists of vegetables, scrambled eggs, and a homemade sauce formed into a wrap. The cuisine is also known as Pancit or Mandarin pancake. The vegetable is mix of bamboo shoots, mushroom, cabbage, onion,steamed or fresh bean sprouts, can be supplemented with various meats, most commonly chicken and pork.

Cooking Instructions
